Semi-glossy chocolate and dark brown with lighter steel brown on the devices and legends. There are a couple tiny rim bruises over star 6, a vertical pin scratch under E in ONE, and a few trivial marks and abrasions scattered on the fields and devices. Smooth, hard surfaces. Struck slightly off center to K-5 on the obverse. 13 Stars.
