    Description

    Previously cleaned and now toned dark olive brown with puffs of light brown on the reverse and deeper crimson around OF AMERICA. There are a few dull scratches over N in ONE, and trivial circulation marks in the fields. Several fine die breaks are seen along both sides around the date and most stars as well as the peripheral legends, lower wreath, and ribbon.
