All consoles have a brand new Sony Laser.
All consoles have their lasers readjusted back to factory specifications and are reprogrammed for optimal read settings.
Don't buy consoles where people claim to supply "new" controllers or "new" memory cards. These are all aftermarket products that will break easily, don't feel right, and can damage your console!
You will ALWAYS receive an OEM Sony Controller (if purchased, not included by default) and OEM Sony Memory Card from me!

Physical Condition (These are only cosmetic and DO NOT affect the functionality of the system)
Most consoles are in very good shape however the console may have moderate to heavy marks, may be missing some screw covers on the bottom, and may have small case cracks.
All consoles are wiped down on the outside with a chemical free disinfectant. Despite this, dust may exist in certain areas of the exterior casing.
All consoles are cleaned with an electric air compressor however there may be residual dust in areas.
If you want a console in better shape, message me and I can check inventory. All consoles can be EXCHANGED if you do not like the cosmetic condition (you pay shipping to me, I pay return shipping)
Returns
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Returns will be validated and tested prior to issuing a refund.
There must be no physical damage and all warranty seals must be intact.
Cosmetic Condition/Information/Serial Number sheet must be included when returning a console. If it is not included it will be assumed any physical damage was caused by the buyer.
Buyer is responsible for
adequately
packaging an item for return. Damage in return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and will result in a deduction from your refund.
DO NOT
misuse returns. Fraudulent returns will be reported to eBay and local law enforcement.
Consoles returned due to cosmetic issues will be charged a restocking fee. See above, these can be exchanged.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% if they fall under any of the above criteria.
