With this wireless streaming card, you will be able to stream to
OBS (Open Broadcaster Software),
YouTube, Twitch, or just enjoying 3DS games on a bigger screen.
This software does not support DS games or Virtual console games for streaming.
Also as a bonus this streaming program gives you the
option
to use a controller to play 3DS games on the bigger screen!

Streaming is all done wirelessly. This is done with a
open-source program
on your console and a program running on your Windows computer/laptop.
To
capture
sound you will need an aux cable
Your computer/laptop, your wireless router, and your internet speed determines the FPS and quality of the stream.
In other words, results will vary upon your setup. The better the setup the better the results.

System must be 100% working
Must have a Micro SD Card (the default 4GB is good enough)

Known Issues
You cannot soft resets for shiny hunting while streaming. Of course you can still soft resets as long as you are not streaming.
The software used on these consoles are open-source and under the GNU General Public License
This allows: Commercial Use, Modification, Distribution, Patent Use, Private Use. No Copyright Infringement.
It will be your responsibility to safely ship the console
